Job title: PROCESS ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
Shift: ADM Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Summary/Objective: The Engineering Supervisor will lead an engineering team to develop new and improve existing product, tooling, processes, and automation equipment. The Supervisor is responsible for defining and implementing an Engineering strategy that supports new and emerging manufacturing technical needs and manufacturing scalability. The Supervisor also oversees the development and optimization of processes to achieve required capability and cost efficiency.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
1. Hold self to the highest standards on safety. Be committed to build a strong safety culture in all equipment and manufacturing-related activities.
2. Train, develop, direct projects, and support the engineers.
3. Support all engineering and operations with a high level of integrity.
4. Design, detail and develop new products, processes, and machines.
5. Manage, prioritize and coordinate projects from process conception, design, detail, release, and order.
6. Identify and analyze improvement opportunities in engineering to push our limits and to meet the demands of our customers.

Required Experience
- 5+ years’ experience as Process Engineering. (Recommended)
- 1.5 years in Cable area.
2. Previous supervisor experience preferred
3. Must be a self-starter with strong leadership, willing to assist in developing others
4. Must be able to work independently and learn quickly
5. Organized, self-motivated, and action-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey technical information effectively and concisely to engineering, technicians, management, etc.
7. Willing and able to travel
8. Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Training required:
- On the job training as appropriate.
